Our strategy documents

Sightsavers’ strategies help us achieve our goals in each of our key areas of work.

To show how Sightsavers aims to reach its goals, we have developed a set of organisational strategies in close consultation with directors and staff.

Our five thematic strategies, updated in May 2026, draw on global frameworks including the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the World Report on Vision, and the Roadmap for NTDs 2030.

We also have processes in place to measure our organisational impact and progress, to hold ourselves accountable to our strategic direction.
