Sightsavers has built strong relationships with many corporate partners who support us in various ways such as fundraising, raising awareness of our work, and donating gifts in kind. Not only are these partnerships integral to our work, but they also bring benefits to our partners, through increasing their brand impact, supporting employee engagement, and helping them invest in the communities they work in.
We are always looking for new organizations to work with, so if you are interested in partnering with us, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (800) 707-9746.
There are several ways in which your company can get involved.
Global Impact workplace giving
Sightsavers is a proud charity partner of Global Impact’s charity.org workplace giving campaign which is currently open to public sector employees, as well as those at nearly 100 companies nationwide. To find out how you can take part or help us spread the word, email Molly Morrison email@example.com or your Human Resources department.
Support an entire project and track its progress over a period of time. You will receive case studies, photos, and reports detailing the human impact of your support. Projects range from supporting basic eye care services in entire communities, to sending visually impaired children to school.
Cause related marketing
Each time you sell a product or service, you could consider donating a part of the proceeds to Sightsavers. You could also offer Sightsavers a platform where you allow your customer to make a donation to us.
Event sponsorship and participation
Sponsor and participate in Sightsavers events where your support helps us cover the costs of organizing the event. In turn, it gives you opportunities for branding throughout the event.
Gifts in kind
Sightsavers can benefit from donations of products or services that directly contribute to our work, such as medical equipment, logistical support, media space, or financial services. Bausch and Lomb has donated over 9,500 intraocular lenses (IOLs) to Sightsavers. These are the tiny plastic lenses used during sight restoring cataract surgery. Emirates Airlines has donated Skywards Miles to Sightsavers since 2007, saving enormous costs on essential travel.
